Touching Earth Buddha

Buddha is in the earth-touching, or Bhumispara mudra. This gesture of touching the earth, or calling the earth to witness, celebrates Gautam Buddha's victory over the demon Mara's attempts to disrupt his meditations under the Bodhi tree.  This statue stands 7 inches tall and has a base of 5 inches wide.
